What is a professional and insured Home Watch Service?
Home watch is a professional, scheduled inspection service for vacant and seasonal homes. A trained professional visits your empty home on a set schedule, checks for problems like leaks, mold, storm damage, and security issues, and sends a dated photo report after every visit. It is not property management, house-sitting, or a security alarm.
If any abnormalities are discovered, the issue is immediately reported to the client (homeowner), and the coordination of licensed professionals is put into action to remedy the situation on the homeowner’s behalf in their absence.
That includes proactive Maintenance and issue detection. My Business carries all necessary credentials (accredited, bonded and insured).
